Hogan Brothers Multifamily Division is a synergy born of mutually beneficial skill sets as Tim brings over 35 years of Multifamily construction and development experience to the professional management platform of Hogan. Given Hogan’s background of commercial production of multi room structures, the apartment construction space was a natural transition for the company. The company presently has bonding capacity w/A+ Rated Surety to construct the best in asset class per project in the 705M range with sub-bonded projects awarded up to $106M.

Background and Relevant ExperienceMr. McCoskey has known the multifamily construction business since his graduation from the University of Florida. He has worked as a Director for multifamily powerhouses for National Powerhouse JPI and Orlando based LeCesse Development and Picerne Development. In those positions he was responsible for every aspect of the project, from development through completion of construction. He has completed over $780 Million in ground up construction of apartments.
In his role with Hogan Brothers, Mr. McCoskey is responsible along with Martin Hogan running the day-to-day construction operations for Hogan Brothers. Tim is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida and HUD Certified Multi-Family Developer. Tim has recently been responsible for completion of The Reserve at Lakeland Square (228 Units) Class A Apartment development owned by a New York Family Trust. A turnkey development and construction management Market Rate funded HUD 221d4 program project (Project completed Q1 2023).
