Hogan Brothers is a Miami based General Contractor and Construction Management firm that specializes in new construction and renovation of multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, luxury homes and office projects. The company initially began with focus on hospitality & resort related projects throughout the State of Florida and North America. Currently the companies’ focus is on constructing large-scale projects throughout the South Florida region.  The company executives of Matthew (President) and Martin Hogan (Vice President & Director of Preconstruction) in addition to Jorge Tapia (Vice President & Director of Construction) have a combined One Hundred Fifteen (115) years in the construction and development industry covering projects throughout the State of Florida, North America, and the Caribbean.

Due to our combined skill with the entire development and construction process Hogan Brothers has risen to become one of the most respected General Contractor and Construction Management firms in the industry. Over the last several years Hogan Brothers has added depth to it executive team with the addition of Jorge Tapia.

Jorge Tapia (Vice President & Director of Construction) brings extensive prior concrete structure management expertise with specialization in large scale mid-rise and high-rise projects as well as attention to detail in upscale interior finishes.  Projects include the Continuum II Condominium (Miami Beach, FL), Trump International Tower & Hotel (Fort Lauderdale Beach, FL), Camillus House (Miami, FL), Casa Condominium (Edgewater District Miami, FL), Garfield Parking Garage (Hollywood Beach, FL) and Museum of Discovery (Fort Lauderdale, FL). Along with Martin Hogan Jorge has lead the preconstruction and construction of numerous high profile projects during his tenure with Hogan Brothers.
