Senior Vice President & Director of Construction

Jorge is involved throughout the entire project duration from document review, logistic planning and staging, subcontractor bid invitations/evaluations/negotiations/awards and the daily construction of the project. His responsibilities commence upon executed contract to assist with the Pre-Construction Phase of the project through project turnover. His overall responsibilities involve all on site construction activities daily to include plan review, subcontractor management, scheduling, project budget, building code compliance, quality control, and safety compliance from project inception to completion.

Background and Relevant Experience

Jorge graduated from Florida International University with B.S. in Finance and MIS. Jorge has been a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida for approximately 25 years. Jorge brings extensive prior concrete structure management expertise with specialization in large scale mid-rise and high-rise projects as well as attention to detail in upscale interior finishes since working with Hogan Brothers. Ina multicultural city such as Miami Jorge brings excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate in English and Spanish.
