Keith is responsible for working in coordination with the Estimator during the Preconstruction phase to include document review, logistic planning and staging, sub-contractor bid evaluations/negotiations/awards, subcontractor agreements, and scheduling. During the Construction Phase Keith will be responsible for all site construction management activities on a daily basis, plan review, scheduling, budgets, change orders, code compliance, quality control, subcontractor meetings, owner meetings, and managing the site staff to deliver a successful project.
